Maintenance and the Safety Envelope

Maintenance and the Safety Envelope is designed to supplement the Systematic Industrial Operations course; with a particular emphasis on the role of maintenance activities and maintenance personnel in ensuring safe facility operations.

TECHSTAR's Maintenance and the Safety Envelope course and text comprise a course of instruction which focuses on the systematic approach to developing and understanding the role of maintenance in the systematic approach to industrial operations.

Building on your knowledge of good operating principles and practices, instruction is given via discussion and analysis of actual case studies specific to maintenance functions and activities. (In an overall industrial training program, this course one of the next logical steps after Systematic Industrial Operations training.)

Maintenance and the Safety Envelope is a course designed for maintenance technicians, craftsman, engineers, and team leaders. The focus of the course is the importance of maintenance teams in accomplishing the objectives of equipment safety and reliability. For without properly performed maintenance, achievement of neither objective as possible.
