Trustworthy Leaders

Leadership is the process of accomplishing tasks by enlisting people and their talents to the work. Every one of us is a leader. We all influence someone. We are all engaged—consciously or unconsciously—in forming the values of those around us. We are all faced with the choice, not of whether to lead, but how to lead.

TECHSTAR's Trustworthy Leaders course and text comprise an integrated course of instruction focused on the principles and skills of leadership and their effective application within an industrial facility environment.
